These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the oke3 platform at oke3.vip, including all games, promotions, payment services, and account features. By registering an oke3 account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Member) and oke3. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree," "Register," or "Sign In" button on the Platform, accessing any game or service, or making any deposit into your Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, request closure of your Account.

These Terms are written in English. While oke3 provides customer support in both English and Filipino (Tagalog), the English version of these Terms shall govern in the event of any conflict or ambiguity with any translated version.
21+ ONLY. Access to the oke3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, with any remaining balance returned to the verified payment source.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with oke3, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

4.1 Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account. The opening or maintenance of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, oke3 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any winnings attributable to the duplicated accounts pending investigation.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile telephone number, and a functional electronic mail address where applicable.
4.3 You agree to promptly notify oke3 of any changes to your registration details by contacting customer support or updating your Account settings. oke3 accepts no liability for service failures arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
4.4 oke3 requires all Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing the first withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and, where required, proof of address. oke3 may request additional documentation at its discretion at any time.
4.5 oke3 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any verified unencumbered balance to the Member.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any biometric authentication methods registered on your device. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 oke3 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, SMS, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from oke3 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to oke3 support immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify oke3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. oke3 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend Account access pending resolution.
5.4 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results directly from oke3's proven negligence or security failure.
oke3 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for logins from unrecognized devices. Members are strongly encouraged to enable all available security features within their Account settings.
6.1 All deposits to your oke3 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own legal name and verified through oke3's KYC process. oke3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or unverified payment methods.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso, one hundred) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers.

6.4 oke3 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility and are separate from the amount credited to your Account.
6.5 oke3 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the source where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable regulatory obligations.
6.6 Deposit funds are held in segregated accounts separate from oke3 operating funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as your verified oke3 Account. oke3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso, two hundred) unless otherwise specified. oke3 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and will notify Members of material changes.
7.3 Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Where KYC documentation has been submitted but not yet verified, withdrawal requests will be queued pending completion of the review.
7.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to any additional review periods arising from risk, compliance, or promotional wagering requirements:

7.7 oke3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
8.1 oke3 may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the relevant offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific bonus terms form part of the complete agreement between you and oke3 with respect to each promotion.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:
8.3 The oke3 Loyalty Program operates as a separate rewards mechanism described in the Loyalty Program terms. Points earned through game play and their redemption are governed by the Loyalty Program terms in addition to these general Terms.
8.4 Any suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus manipulation, multi-accounting for promotional purposes, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes — will result in forfeiture of associated bonus amounts, winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
9.1 Each game available on the oke3 Platform is governed by specific rules published within the game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Member to a refund of any wager.

9.4 In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, oke3's system will record the last confirmed game state. 9.5 oke3 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, data feed error, or human error that materially affected the outcome. Where a voided bet was a winner, the stake will be returned to the Member.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.2 oke3 employs comprehensive fraud detection and anti-collusion systems. Suspected prohibited conduct is investigated thoroughly before any Account action is taken. Members have the right to provide information relevant to any investigation through oke3's support channels.

All rights are reserved.
12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the Member.
12.3 You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, transmit, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorization from oke3.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke3's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 oke3 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, even where oke3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 oke3 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or that any particular game result, payout, or service outcome will meet your expectations. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits oke3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
14.1 You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to oke3 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable withholdings, subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC status.
14.2 oke3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.3 Upon termination for cause, oke3 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes without finding a violation, the verified balance will be returned to the Member.
14.4 Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 oke3 is subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR with respect to its online gaming operations. Members who have unresolved complaints regarding gaming outcomes or regulatory compliance matters may escalate such complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
15.3 For all other disputes between a Member and oke3, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through oke3's internal customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of initial submission, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Any claim against oke3 must be filed within two (2) years of the date on which the claimant knew or ought reasonably to have known of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this limitation period will be rejected.
16.1 oke3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. For material amendments, oke3 will provide notice to active Members through their registered email address or via in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
