7.1 Some of oke3's service providers and game studio partners operate data infrastructure outside of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country other than the Philippines, oke3 takes steps to ensure that the transfer is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR.

10.3 oke3 may require identity verification before processing data subject requests to prevent unauthorized access to or modification of another person's data. This verification requirement is separate from and does not restrict your rights under the DPA.
11.1 The oke3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. oke3 does not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
11.2 Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all oke3 Members. Where oke3 identifies, during or after registration, that a Member has provided a false date of birth and is under the minimum age requirement, oke3 will:
